Transparency is important to me. On this page, I have gathered answers to questions that are frequently asked.

Is there anything else you would like to know in advance? Then please feel free to send me a message. Of course, there will also be room for your questions in the free introductory conversation.

Both are possible: No matter where you live, we can always meet online via Zoom. I’m based in Hamburg, Germany, so if you happen to live close by, you can decide whether we meet online or in person in my rooms in Hamburg-Eimsbüttel. Sometimes it can also make sense to switch flexibly between both options.

This varies greatly from person to person. It depends on the nature and severity of your loss, how long support makes sense – but of course also on how intensively and for how long you personally would like to be accompanied by me. Sometimes three sessions are already sufficient, in other cases it might be five or more. I’m happy to give you an initial assessment of this in our introductory conversation.

Depending on how much your loss is currently affecting you and what your current life situation looks like, it may make sense for us to meet weekly or at somewhat longer intervals. You don’t need to decide this in advance – we’ll look flexibly from session to session at what feels right for you (and fits with my schedule).

Yes, there are packages with three or five sessions of 90 minutes each. I’m happy to explain the exact costs and payment options to you personally.

I offer coaching in German and English. German is my native language. I’ve been speaking English extensively in my professional and personal life for many years, and even spent a year in the US when I was young. So I’m also comfortable providing coaching in English.

I personally currently offer exclusively individual sessions in order to address you, your loss, and your personal way of dealing with it in a completely individualized way.

For people who are grieving a close person who has died, there are grief groups and grief cafés in many places.

Through an online search, you may also find an offering in your region.
